Tums or Rolaids?

me Rolaids I don't like all the fruit flavors I like spearmint and mints in the rolaids

Tums or Rolaids?
Rolaids 'cause that is how you spell "relief", right? Besides Rolaids have more calcium!

Reply:I prefer Tums because they are also a good calcium supplement, along with a good heartburn reliever.
Reply:I prefer Tums because of the added benefit of the calcium. I just bought a bottle today of Spearmint Tums, extra strength.

Reply:oh no no no, try drinking a tablespoon of raw organic apple cider vinegar. There's a little burn as it goes down but it works like you can't believe.

Reply:Neither. I like Zantac 75mg (OTC) because I don't like the after taste of the flavored Tums or Rolaids.
